Village Rate for Financial Year 2012/2013
The Village rate will be held at
165p in the £ for next year.
However Isle of Man Government has
announced that charges for tipping domestic waste at the EFW Plant will rise by
14%. This will result in the current £120 charge per property being raised to
£123.

Christmas Tree Recycling.......
......Residents
of Laxey may deposit their Christmas Trees for recycling at the designated
point on Glen
Road Monday 16th January 2012 . The trees will then be shredded and used for mulch
in the village amenity areas.
The Commissioners would like to wish all residents a Happy
and Prosperous New Year!
