Planning Department to stop publishing Planning Applications in Newspaper.
Following a review of the Department’s practices and procedures please be aware that after Friday 10th October 2014 the Department will no longer be publishing a list of all planning applications via the IOM Courier. From 17th October the Department will meet its statutory obligation by publishing the weekly list of planning applications, in its continuing form, via the Department’s website, offices of the local authorities and local libraries. The link to view future publication lists is; http://www.gov.im/categories/planning-and-building-control/planning-building-control-library/ Should any persons wish to register for receipt of a weekly email alert that a publication list has been produced, they may forward their contact details to the office of Planning and Building Control by telephoning 685950 or email to planning@gov.im Please be aware that obligation for the applicant to affix a site notice at the site, the subject of their application, will continue.
